Denis Duggan is the Practice's Principal Architect and Managing Director, with overall responsibility for each of our projects. He studied architecture in UCD, and qualified in 1980. Prior to setting up this practice in 1998, Denis worked in a range of Architectural Practices, varying in size from 5 to 500 people, in Dublin, London and the USA. |

l OFFICE PREMISES
We operate out of pleasant spacious modern offices, providing a Reception / Display area, private Conference / Meeting Room and General Design Office with Reference Library and printing facilities. A visit to our offices will provide a new Client with a good introduction to how we work and to our design standards. |

l RIAI -
The RIAI - The Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland is the representative body for professionally qualified Architects in Ireland. Membership of the RIAI is accepted by the Government, the Courts and the EU as the required standard for the practice of Architecture. Denis Duggan has been in continuous full membership of the RIAI since 1990 and the Practice has been a Practice Member since its inception. |

The Practice was established in 1998. We work with a broad range of Clients, from individuals to larger Organizations, in both the Public and Private sector. We have, over the years, established a good working relationship with Local Authorities and a wide range of Building Contractors and specialist Sub-contractors.
We are capable of designing and managing most normal types of building project, and strive to bring to each project a fresh approach and attention to detail in the finished product.
